Eve is elegantly showing a new design... She is modelling a suit, designed by Christian Dior in 1947,  called  "The New Look". The idea behind this look is  luxurious garments with soft shoulders, waspy waists and full flowing skirts.   Her plissé skirt is made of silk charmeuse, with an off- white silk underskirt. The jacket is made of soft velvet-like fabric with brown silk edging. Her hat is off-white silk, with brown silk brim and an off-white silk accent. Her pumps are leather.
