Ik maak popjes van porselein en klei.
Ze zijn altijd schaal 1:12, poppenhuis schaal.
Dit betekent dat ze ongeveer 14 centimeter hoog zijn.
De porseleinen popjes worden door mij gegoten en gebakken.
Na het afkoelen gaan er zes lagen porselein verf op
het gezichtje om het effect te krijgen wat ik
voor ogen heb. Na elke laag moet het popje
weer gebakken worden op hoge temperatuur.
Ik gebruik de mooiste zijdes en kant voor het maken van de kleding.
Alles is handgemaakt. Indien u vragen hebt kunt u mij mailen.

I make dolls from porcelain and polymer clay.
The dolls are always 1/12th scale,
dollhouse size. This means they are about 5,5 inches high.
The porcelain dolls are poured and fired by me.
After cooling, six layers of china paint covers the
faces to achieve the look I have in mind.
Between these layers the doll has to be baked
again at high temperature.
I use the most beautiful silks and laces for the costumes.
Everything is handmade
