​Laurette is a lovely lady from around 1870. She is attending the ball and she is hoping to meet the gentleman of her dreams.

She is dressed in a gorgeous blue/teal and cream silk evening bustle gown. The dress is pleated and smocked and decorated with beautiful antique lace. The gown is finished with tiny pearls and flowers.

She wears long silk gloves with gold bracelets, adorned with pearls and crystals. Her necklace and earrings also have crystals to match. In her auburn hair she wears flowers and feathers.

In her hand she holds a hand painted silk fan.

 

Her shoes are silk, with hand painted decor, silk ribbon and leather soles.
